Configure a key

Change the LED, USB identity and security settings of a running Keyzforge key. Every write is reviewed first and confirmed with the BOOT button.

Connect a running key

The key must be running Keyzforge firmware, not sitting in the bootloader. No PIN, admin rights or smart-card driver are needed.

Close other apps or tabs that use the key. Only one can hold it.
In the device chooser, pick the key (usually “Keyzforge Key” or the name you gave it), not the ESP32 bootloader.

Board status

No board seen

Plug in the board and click Find board. Allow the device once so Keyzforge can watch it.
